What does RedHammer do during a system implementation?

We act as your implementation partner, not just a guide. We help document your business requirements, align them with the software’s capabilities, redesign your processes where needed, and make sure the system gets set up the right way from the start. This includes project planning, software configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Do you only work with construction companies?

Yes. RedHammer is built around the construction industry. Our implementation process reflects the unique accounting, job costing, retention, and reporting needs contractors face. We don’t do retail or SaaS businesses. Just construction.

Can you help fix a system that was already implemented poorly?

Yes, absolutely. This is what we call a remediation project. Many of our clients come to us after a failed or incomplete implementation. We do a full system assessment, identify where things went off track, and create a plan to fix it, whether reconconfiguring the software, cleaning up the book, ortraining your staff.

Do you manage the full project or just advise?

Most clients prefer full project management, especially when internal bandwidth is tight.

Can RedHammer help with integrations?

Yes. We evaluate your current tools and help determine what integrations are needed. This includes syncing systems like Buildertrend, Procore, payroll platforms, and invoice processing tools with your accounting software.We also help validate integration claims made by software vendors and test them before you rely on them.
